Slavonika was born out of one man's passion for Slavic languages and cultures. Edi Vulić, the founder of the school, graduated in Slavonic Studies at the University of Vienna, where he gained a thorough academic understanding of the languages, literature, and culture of the Slavic peoples. After his studies, he spent several years teaching languages - both in classrooms and online - and it was through this work that he recognised the need for a different, more flexible, and more approachable way of learning. That insight led him to found Slavonika, where he now serves as the lead instructor, guiding students through lessons with the same patience, clarity, and warmth that learners value most.
